City of Santee MHT Induction

The City of Santee, CA. has replaced their 250Watt HPS(305 input watts) cobra street lights with MHT Lighting’s GRW-150 (154 Input watts) streetlight fixtures. The energy savings of 49.5% is incredible, but the additional savings on maintenance and the ten year warranty enables the city to save thousands per month in this challenging economy.
MHT Lighting’s Induction light products meet “Buy American” requirements for ARRA funding as used on this project. Combined with SDG&E’s attractive rebates on induction lighting, the ROI on MHT’s Induction lighting is the very best in the market.
The City of Santee has expressed their happiness with MHT meeting the CALTRANS foot candle requirements for light distribution, quality and a .003 percentage failure rate due to two broken photocell receptacles and one lamp change out.
